Employee Falls, Later Dies

At 12:00 midnight on October 6, 2020, an employee was making deliveries to a nur ses' station when she fell to the floor and hit her head. The employee suffered a laceration to her head and EMS was called. She was taken to a local hospital, where it was determined she had a skull fracture and two brain bleeds. The emplo yee was transported to ICU and died three days later.
