Employee is killed when crushed by tractor trailer

At 2:45 p.m. on October 2, 2020, an employee was closing the doors on a tractor trailer prior to departure. The brakes suddenly released and the truck rolled backwards crushing the employee between the loading dock and the back of a trailer. The employee died of multiple trauma injuries to the chest and upper body.
