At 4:00 a.m. on October 3, 2020, an employee was winding rolls of metal on the Belvac Trimmer. When the employee went to apply tape to the roll of metal, the machine was still spinning. His finger was caught between the blade and the roll. The employee's finger was amputated when it came into contact with the blade and the roll. The employee was hospitalized.
