At 12:00 noon on August 10, 2020, an employee was walking in the store when he s lipped and fell and hit his head on the ground. The employee was transported to a local hospital where he lost consciousness and was diagnosed with a subdural h ematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage. The employee died from his injuries.
