Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:00 a.m. on June 10, 2020, Employee # 1, the business owner, was talking on his cell phone at the worksite, when he fell off a stage. He sustained a head injury from the fall and emergency services were called. He was taken to the hospital and was in a coma from June 10, 2020 to June 20, 2020, when he died from his injuries.
