Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on June 19, 2020, an employee licensed as a vocational nurse at a nursing home and worked in sub-acute dept which had 1-2 and other staff test positive for COVID-19. The employee felt sick on August 7, 2020, and tested positive for Covid 19 on August 10, 2020. The employee was hospitalized and later died from complications of the virus.
