At approximately 12:00 p.m. on September 12, 2020, an employee was doing administrative work (culinary associate), purchases, prepare menu, and schedule of personnel. The employee worked in close contact with an asymptomatic COVID-19 positive coworker. The employee was potentially exposed to infection from dietary staff. The employee later died from Complications related to COVID-19.
