Investigation Summary
At 4:45 p.m. on September 11, 2020, an employee working as a machine operator for a tobacco manufacturer was attempting to thread tobacco paper into a slitting machine. The rollers caught the employee's arm pulling it into the machine and trapping him between two rollers. The employee was hospitalized to treat a compression injury to his arm.
