One employee dies, two are hospitalized with COVID-19

Between August 10 and August 12th, 2020, ten field employees and three office employees held meetings in an office approximately 2-3 times per day for about 15 minutes each. Between August 12 and August 17th, 2020, 6 employees tested positive for COVID-19 at the office. Employee # 1 died and Employee # 2 and Employee # 3 were hospitalized.
