AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A POWER AMPLIFIER MACHINE (UP TO 5,000 VOLTS), WHICH HAD NOT BEEN OPERATING PROPERLY. THE FRONT PANEL HAD BEEN REMOVED. THE EMPLOYEE CAME IN CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS.
