ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ACCIDENTALLY ENERGIZED PART
AN EMPLOYEE WAS CONNECTING RUBBER HOSE TO A METAL WATER LINE UNDERNEATH A TESTING LAB TRAILER. FOR UNREPORTED REASONS, THE SIDING ON THE TRAILER HAD BECOME ENERGIZED. WHEN THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE SIDING, HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
