Investigation Summary
At 1:00 p.m. on April 10, 2020, Employee # 1 was supervising other staff. One of his tasks was to help transport patients. He had exposure to respiratory pathogens resulting in COVID-19 infection. Employee # 1 visited the director's office and reported feeling ill. He reported experiencing chills, body aches and coughing and requested to go home. The director advised him to visit the employee health department and get tested for COVID-19 before leaving to go home. He died.
