At approximately 6:00 a.m. on August 25, 2020, an employee started not feeling well August 17, 2020. August 14, 2020, was the employee's last day at work, and on August 17, 2020, the employee started feeling sick. On August 21, 2020, the employee tested positive for COVID-19 and the employee was hospitalized as of August 25, 2020. The employee never left the hospital and died on October 11, 2020.
