Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working at a general medical or surgical hospital. He worked in a laboratory. He collected, analyzed, and sampled blood specimens. He handled blood, urine, and other bodily fluids that could have been COVID-19-positive. He became ill, allegedly from exposure to coronavirus. This was not known for certain. He died at 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2020.
