An employee was working for a firm that manufactured ice. He worked as a lead in field equipment service for the ice manufacturer. He serviced ice boxes in the field, maintained and serviced plant equipment, and completed paperwork in an office. He last worked on August 17, 2020. On August 18, 2020, he began experiencing symptoms. He died at home at 2:05 p.m. on August 25, 2020, from an illness related to COVID-19.
