THE CLAY WALL WAS UNDER A LOAD (UNKNOWN TO THE EMPLOYEE) AND HAD NOT BEEN SHORED OR BRACED. SUDDENLY THE FLOOR AND WALL FROM THE FLOOR ABOVE COLLAPSED, CRUSHING EMPLOYEE #1.
