Investigation Summary
An employee was working as a full-time van driver for a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. He drove people to and from appointments. He had been working with the company for four years. On or about June 30, 2020, he was hospitalized at Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, Florida with symptoms of COVID-19. At 8:00 a.m. on July 14, 2020, the employee died from complications of the disease.
