Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:23 p.m. on August 14, 2020, an employee was taking his lunch with other employees who tested positive for COVID-19 positive at the conference room. The employee was sitting at the conference table next to other employees with COVID-19 symptoms while they were taking lunch and not wearing any face covering that caused the spread of the disease. The employee later died from the complications from the virus.
