At 10:50 a.m. on August 14, 2020, an employee was attempting to remove the slack adjuster on a semi-trailer; the jack slid, causing the trailer to fall to groun d. The employee was pinned in a sitting or bent over position, between the air t ank and ground. The employee was killed as a result of asphyxiation.
