At approximately 12:00 p.m. on August 8, 2020, an employee, a phlebotomist, contracted the virus on July 30, 2020. The employee could have been in contact with positive COVID-19 patients and the facility had 26 other positive COVID-19 employees. The employee died on August 8, 2020 from complications related to COVID-19.
