At approximately 1:00 p.m. on May 11, 2020, an employee worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant taking care of residents. The Employee contracted the COVID-19 virus. COVID-19 virus and told the employer the employee tested positive for COVID-19. The employee later died from complications from the virus.
