Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was performing direct medical services to COVID-19 patients in the intensive care unit of a medical center on June 26, 2020. The employee began to feel ill and displayed symptoms of COVID-19 by the end of his work shift. The employee was tested for COVID-19 on June 27, which returned positive. The employee's symptoms worsened and he was admitted to the medical center on July 2. The employee died at 4:30 a.m. on July 25, 2020.
