At 3:00 p.m. on April 25, 2020, an employee (Floor Nurse) who had been administering medications to patients while supervising a coworker (Certified Nursing Assistant) contracted COVID-19. The employee had tested positive for COVID-19 on April 26, 2020, and died on May 2, 2020.
