Investigation Summary
At 8:45 p.m. on July 27, 2020, a five man crew set up and started filming a commercial at the Satsop Business Park. At approximately 8:15 pm, they completed work for the day and went to their hotel. At this time, they determined they were a person short, so they went back to the film location. They discovered an employee was dead between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the bottom of an unguarded 86 deep elevator shaft. An elevator had never been installed in this building.
