EMPLOYEE FELL WHEN HE STEPPED ON UNSECURED DECKING

THE EMPLOYEE, THE JOBSITE SUPERINTENDENT, WAS GIVING INFORMATION TO A SUB-CONTRACTOR ON WORK TO BE DONE IN THE PENTHOUSE. THE SUPERINTENDENT WAS WARNED NOT TO STEP ON THE UNSUPPORTED CUT DECK. HE ACCIDENTLY STEPPED ON THE UNSUPPORTED DECK AND FELL 12 FEET, 6 INCHES TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR.
