Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on July 27, 2020, an employee worked as an activity aid and could have been exposed to an asymptomatic patient or coworker while doing one on one activities. Employees became ill around the time of this employee. The employees brought them into contact with various residents, with no ability to contact trace and determine exactly which ones.
