Investigation Summary
At 12:00 a.m. on July 16, 2020, an employee was operating a Moffett forklift. There was a semi-truck there and cages on the truck. The forklift went and picked up the empty cage from the truck. The employee was on his way back inside the house, a coworker came by the doorway and the forklift ran over the employee. CPR was given to the employee at the farm, and the employee was killed.
