Investigation Summary
At 1:00 p.m. on June 30, 2020, Employee # 1 was manually installing wing covers with a # 2 Philips screw driver and sheet metal screws while standing on the hanger floor. He appears to have suffered a fall from the same level and had a brain bleed. There were no witnesses to the incident. He was killed.
