VICTIM WORKING AT REGULAR ASSIGNED TASK-LOADING TRASH ON COMPACTOR HOPPER. HAD HAND ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOPPER WHEN BLADE CAME DOWN MAKING CONTACT WITH RIGHT HAND. CAUGHT 4TH & 5TH FINGERS BETWEEN BLADE AND SIDE OF HOPPER.
