Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

On June 19, 2020, Employee # 1 was working his regular work schedule as a cook. The local health department performed universal testing of all residents and staff on April 23, 2020 and May 4, 2020. Employee # 1 was tested on May 4, 2020. He was hospitalized on May 10, 2020. His testing results came back as positive for COVID-19 while he was in the hospital. Employee # 1 died due to health complications from COVID-19.
