One Employee Is Killed And Two Are Injured When Struck By Fa

At 11:00 a.m. on July 16, 2020, Employee #1, Employee #2, and Employee #3 were i nstalling components on the sign, in an attempt to finish the sign upgrade, to b e reinstalled on the pylon. The threaded bolt use in lieu of the manufactured re quired pin broke, causing the sign to fall onto the three employees. One employe e was killed, and two employees were hospitalized for their injuries.
