DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME LAPSE BETWEEN RECEVING THIS COMPLAINT AND CONDUCTING THE INSPECTION. THE COMPANY HAS REMODLED THE AREA TO CAUSE A CHANGE TO THE 1 ELECTRICAL CORDS. BEING REMOVED EXCEPT WHEN TESTING. 2 MULTIPLE DUPLEX ELECTRIC OUTLETS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO THE TESTING TABLE . REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR 3 PLASTIC DIVIDERS ON THE FLOOR REPORTED BROKEN HAVE BEEN REMOVED FIRE EXIT BLOCKED BY EQUIPMENT, EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED._______THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ENTERED ON A 170 FORM-- WG__11/18/86
