Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

On June 9, 2020, Employee # 1, a technician, was hospitalized. He was admitted with symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Employee # 1 last worked on June 5, 2020, and called off ill on June 8, 2020. Employee # 1 was at the hospital and died at 8:00 a.m. on June 11, 2020. His employer found out the same day. At work, Employee # 1 was not seen to exhibit any symptoms, and was seen wearing all personal protective equipment. Employee # 1 had an underlying health condition and was hospitalized due to COVID-19.
