FILE ROOM ON 1ST FLOOR X-RAY DEPT FOR ACTIVE X-RAY FOLDERS FOUND NEAT AND ORDERLY. UNWARRENTED CLUTTERING IN X-RAY DEPT UNFOUNDED. STURDY METAL HEAVY GAUGE STORAGE BINS, FIVE SHELVES HIGH GIVE ADEQUATE SUPPORT FOR X-RAY FOLDERS STORED THERE IN. SHELVES BUILT TO WITHSTAND MORE THAN 1000 LB LOAD EVENLY DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT POSSIBLE COLLAPSE. SHELVES COULD POSSIBLY COLLAPSE IS UNFOUNDED. SURVEY OF X-RAY FLM JACKETS ON UPPER SHELVES REVEALED THAT MOST AVERAGE 8 TO 16 OZ. A FEW JACKETS WEIGHED ABOUT 5 LBS. JACKETS IN EXCESS OF 10 LBS STORED ON TOP OF CABINENT IS UNFOUNDED.
