Delivery Truck Driver Is Killed When Crushed By Cmu Block P

At 7:10 a.m. on July 13, 2020, an employee was walking along with the driver-si de flatbed trailer from rear to front. The forklift driver, a coworker, lifted t he CMU block pallet on the passenger side as the employee walked along with the driver-side flatbed trailer from rear to front. The driver-side CMU block pallet , weighing approximately 3,960 lbs, tipped and fell on the employee. The employ ee was crushed and killed in the incident.
