On June 27, 2020, Employee # 1 was working in the room where product is processed and inspected before shipping. He experienced symptoms of COVID-19 and was sent home to quarantine. Employee # 1 was hospitalized June 24, 2020 and died on June 26, 2020 at the hospital.
