Two employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized

At 9:20 a.m. on July 2, 2020, two employees were reported to have contracted COVID-19 in the course of performing their routine duties. One employee worked in administration and the other in patient care for a skilled nursing facility. On June 26, 2020, Employee #1 began exhibiting COVID-19 related symptoms. On June 30, 2020, she had a positive COVID-19 test. She believes she contracted the infection from a family member. On July 2, 2020, Employee #1 was hospitalized due to respiratory complications. Employee #2 said she doesn't know how she contracted the disease and she also was hospitalized due to respiratory complications (the dates of her onset, testing and hospitalization are not indicated in the narrative).
