Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a dumper at a citrus grove. He received bins of citrus fruit brought in by forklifts. The bins were placed on a bin dumper. From there, fruit was deposited into machinery for the packing process. On June 16, 2020, the employee reported feeling weak with a mild cough. He went home. On June 19, 2020, he went to the hospital, and he was hospitalized. The following day, June 20, 2020, he tested positive for COVID-19. He was discharged. On June 26, 2020, he went back to the hospital. At 8:00 p.m. on June 28, 2020 he died, apparently due to complications from COVID-19.
