Employee Falls From Ladder, Cause Of Death Undetermined

At 5:05 p.m. on June 26, 2020, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at the site of a commercial building renovation. He was installing an exterior camera system. The employee used an 8-foot ladder to access the top of a walk-in refrigerator, from which position he could pull wiring through the wall. The employee fell from the ladder. His fall was not observed, and at th e time of this report the cause and manner of his death had not been determined.
