Investigation Summary
An employee was working for a security guard and patrol service. He was working as a detention officer at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. H e had been exposed to a detainee who had tested positive for COVID-19. He was ho spitalized. At 7:45 p.m. on June 25, 2020, he died due to COVID-19-related pneum onia. There were other workers at the site who tested positive for COVID-19 arou nd the same time.
