Investigation Summary
Employees were working with suspected and confirmed COVID-19 infected inmates. COVID-19 was introduced into the facility inmate population when inmates were transferred from another facility with an outbreak. One employee died on June 30, 2020, due to his COVID-19 infection. Ten employees were hospitalized with COVID-19 complications but successfully recovered.
