One employee with COVID-19 infection dies, another is hospit

Employees were working at a skilled nursing facility when a COVID-19 outbreak occurred. One employee died from his infection on May 5, 2020. One employee required hospitalization for treatment of the infection, and 24 employees were infected but did not require hospitalization for treatment.
