One employee with COVID-19 infection dies, three are hospita

Employees were working for a manufacturer of polyethylene construction film and trash bags when an outbreak of COVID-19 occurred. The employer had between 130-160 COVID-19 positive cases beginning March 20, 2020. Employee #1 died from his infection on April 26, 2020. Three other employees were hospitalized for treatment of their infections.
