Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2020, an employee who had worked as an environmental services worker at a hospital died from COVID-19 related pneumonia. The employee had been cleaning rooms previously occupied by patients, some of which were infected with COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
