Employee is killed when shot

At 12:00 a.m. on June 16, 2020, Employee # 1 was with a patient who had turned violent. The patient had Employee # 1 bodily restrained in a headlock. A coworker, a security guard, had been called to respond to the security call. The coworker fired his weapon twice. He struck Employee # 1 once. Employee # 1 was killed.
