Investigation Summary
At 3:30 p.m. on June 1, 2020, an employee was working on replacing damaged roof panels on a greenhouse roof. The employee fell from the apex of the roof when installing a roof panel, falling approximately 17 feet to the ground. The employee sufferred multiple blunt force injuries and was killed.
