Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 7:00 a.m. on June 10, 2020, an employee was a Maintenance Mechanic doing his rounds. The employee went home on April 15 not feeling well due to knee and back pain. On the employee's first day off which was April 16, the employee tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted to the ICU. The employee became infected with sepsis from novel COVID-19 virus, pneumonia, and hypertension. The employee later died.
