Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee, a CNA at a nursing home, was tested for COVID-19 at the workplace on May 20, 2020, and worked May 22, 2020 and the test came back negative. The employee was due back to work on the May 25, 2020, but called in sick. The employee quarantined at home until June 3, 2020, when she was hospitalized and tested positive for COVID-19. The employee died at 3:10 p.m. on June 4, 2020.
