Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 7:00 a.m. on May 11, 2020, an employee who supervised coworkers at an assisted living facility died from COVID-19. One coworker had been hospitalized for COVID-19 and another coworker had been quarantined during the same time period. It is believed the employee was infected due to close contact with one of these coworkers. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
