Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on May 29, 2020, Employee #1 died from COVID-19. The employee was treating COVID-19 positive patients at a nursing facility. The employee was tested for COVID-19 on May 2, 2020, and tested negative. The employee was tested again on May 6, 2020 and tested positive. On or about May 8, 2020, the employee became symptomatic and was admitted to the hospital on May 10, 2020. The employee was discharged on May 11, 2020. The employee was once again admitted on May 14, 2020, until May 29, 2020.
